Our Hatha classes will offer you a gentle introduction to basic yoga postures. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). It will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold yoga poses longer. You should end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
