A small, friendly, weekly class for all. Postures are modified and adapted for your needs and level.
Classes include a range of postures to increase mobility and strengthen muscles as well as to remove tension and strain from the body. We also practise focused breathing for relaxation and simple meditation.

I have been practising yoga since childhood and am a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. I love to teach others the wonderful things I have learnt from practising yoga, from sorting my own back problems to living a more calm and balanced life-style.
I am also a Shiatsu Practitioner and QiGong teacher and combine the skills that I have learned from these practises to help those I teach become more in tune with their bodies and to help them take care of their own well-being.
