Gently flowing yoga classes which works with movement, postures and breath in a sensitive and dynamic way that is influenced by a Scaravelli-inspired approach to yoga. Suitable for beginners and returners, as well as those who already enjoy yoga on a regular basis, you will learn how to undo tension in the body and mind, and work with postures in a refined way that brings about a sense of renewed energy, vitality and deep relaxation. Classes also explore guided breathing, relaxation and meditation practices.

Yoga with Jessica Adams is rooted in Scaravelli-inspired yoga, a style of yoga that is sensitive to the needs of every individual's body and which works with movement, postures and breath in a gentle yet dynamic way. Jessica teaches weekly general classes, as well as specialist classes for pregnancy and birth. She also offers workshops and one-to-one tuition.
