Come along to this weekly class to develop strength, flexibility and a side helping of inner peace!
Classes focus on the foundations of each posture, and ensuring correct alignment, using props, modifications and adjustment where necessary.
Suitable for beginners / mixed ability students. The style is hatha yoga, but it's fairly dynamic so you'll feel you have worked!

Your teacher, Ceri, has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and has practised yoga for over 20yrs, studying with teachers from Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions, all of which she brings to her teaching.
Ceri offers weekly drop in group classes and private group classes in Oswestry, as well as private individual yoga tuition at her home (or is happy to bring the class to you, within a reasonable distance and including an additional charge to cover travel).
She is passionate about the benefits of yoga for physical, mental and emotional strength and flexibility and also incorporates pranayama and meditation into classes.
