This Yoga class is set at a moderate level, proper form and alignment is encouraged throughout the class whilst improving strength/flexibility/balance/staminaand inner calm.The class will consist of basic and moderate poses, some poses are organised into a flow routine which the class will follow together.The class ends with breath work and mediatation/relaxation.
