The emphasis is on learning how to release tension and bring the body to a more natural posture and function. The process is relaxing and enjoyable!

I began my journey in yoga over 30 years ago and have been taught by teachers from various different yoga backgrounds over the years. I completed my yoga teaching training with the Inner Yoga trust in 2008, and have been teaching in Bristol since then. For several years now I have been learning from teachers who trained with Vanda Scaravelli or are pupils of her pupils. Alongside asana I also practise Vedic chanting.
