Steve Avian is the founder of the Shamayoga school offering yoga teacher training ( yoga alliance accredited 200hr ) workshops , retreats and regular weekly classess. He has been practicing yoga for over 40 years, teaching yoga for over 20 years, and training teachers since 2005. He has studied yoga in the UK, India and the USA. He is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) with Yoga Alliance International, an Elder within the Independent Yoga Network (IYN), and originally qualified with longstanding Friends of Yoga Society, recognised by the British Council for Yoga Therapy.
