I have been teaching for over 16 years and practicing for around 26 years and registered with the British Wheel of Yoga, carrying a first aid certificate.
In these post covid times I do not supply mats or blocks
Please bring a mat and a block
Location is Carnforth High School in the Dance studio. To access, please park in the staff carpark which is to the right hand side of the school as you look at the building just before the Jehovah building. Travel to the bottom left corner for gate access to the Sports Hall. The door will be propped open and take a left from there and up the stairs. The dance studio is on the right.

I strongly believe yoga is accessible for every 'body' no matter your size, shape or age, yoga is for you. Yoga can be practised anywhere and does not need any fancy equipment or clothing. Practice in your pyjamas, with a mat for about £10 to do the job.
