Chilloutman Yoga and Holistic Therapies
Ange and Phil have been teaching Yoga for a number of year. Phil intergrate singing bowls into the meditation practice. Both active members of the Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship and Ange is also a tutor for there Teacher training programe. Both of us are on the Staffs Yoga Fellowship comitte along with membership of a wide variety of yoga and reiki institutes
