Hatha Yoga

The class is mixed ability. The class consists of a period of warm-ups and limbers, followed by work with main postures and counterposes. It concludes with a breathing exercise and relaxation.

Fees are charged termly, with the total cost depending on the length of the term; the cost of each class works out to be £7.00.
