Hatha Yoga

I teach one class at St. Mary's on a Monday evening from 7:30-9pm.

The class is mixed ability. Each class begins with a series of warm-ups and limbers, followed by work on main postures and counterposes. The class concludes with a breathing exercise and relaxation.

Fees are charged termly, with the total cost depending on the length of the term. Each class works out to be £7.00.
