The class will include a gentle breathing practice, simple yoga poses using the breath that will stretch, tone and build strength and flexibility in the body and a wonderful relaxation to close to help you feel more grounded.

A fully qualified yoga teacher with Yoga Therapy Ireland, I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and have attended many yoga seminars to include Tara Fraser, Tahnee Fournier of Anusara Yoga, Somatic Movement Education. I continue attend regular yoga classes, seminars, workshops and Yoga Days to further develop my yoga journey.
Yoga has changed my life so much for the better on many levels. Having completed the Foundation Course to Further my Yoga Journey with YTI, this led me to undertake the Yoga Teacher Training Diploma Course (Dip YTI) with a total of 660 training hours including a strong emphasis on Anatomy & Physiology. First Aid and Child Protection Modules also included.
My classes would include a therapeutic approach through graded and modified movements to enable any students with restrictions or injuries to also enjoy a wonderful practice of yoga while bringing some lightheartedness along the way.
