This class is an open level class suitable for both beginners and anyone looking for a slow, meditative style of yoga practice. It involves a series of breath-coordinated yoga movements interlinked together to form a continuous, slow paced flow. The class is designed to ease stiffness of body and mind, develop flexibility, strength and agility whilst maintaining a fun and creative space. Each session is unique and accompanied by the music. This class is also suitable for woman in their 2 and 3 trimesters of pregnancy.

Agni is a certified (YA 500 hours) yoga teacher with 10 years of experience. She has been studying with inspiring teachers including David Swenson, Donna Farhi and Norman Blair. She has been teaching Ashtanga and Hatha Flow classes as well as Prenatal yoga classes in London and internationally.
