Suitable for all abilities (ante/post natal clients welcomed). Class lasts an hour and 30 mins and includes relaxing Savasana at the end of each session. Pre-booking advised. Ideal for those who wish to deepen their practice with a more Iyengar style approach to the main asanas.

I have been a qualified fitness instructor for over 20 years and first started my Yoga journey 8 years ago. I now teach Physical Strength (Hatha) Yoga on Mon, Tues, Weds and Thurs at my independent studio in Howden, East Yorkshire.
