Traditionally Yoga was often taught on a one-to-one basis. Individual lesson provide an opportunity for a practice to be designed specifically to meet your needs, depending on your lifestyle, interest and what you want to change through practicing Yoga. Working on a one-to-one basis with a teacher allows you to explore Yoga’s relevance in your everyday life.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss your requirements and the ways one-to-one Yoga lessons may be able to help you. Please ring me to discuss options. If you decide to start lessons an hour cost £35, length and cost of sessions vary.

I have been teaching Yoga classes and individuals in Pembrokeshire since 2010. My objective in teaching Yoga is to help others gain improvements in health, mobility, fitness and clarity of the mind, through practicing Yoga. I am now expanding my Yoga Practice to Swansea where I am offering one-to-one appointments for therapy and development.
In this practical approach of teaching, I carefully consider health conditions, your lifestyle, age, background, energy levels and time available for practice. I will suggest a practice, which we methodically work through together; you will be given a written copy of your practice to follow at home. I offer you an opportunity to review this practice to ensure you are comfortable with its content; we can then look developing your practice as you progress.
