Come and learn the ancient art of yoga. A small intimate group run from the heart of the village. Begin the journey back to you through re-discovering your body with Yoga Asana (posture) and Pranyama (breathing practises). I teach firstly using alignment and supporting the body with the use of props, allowing you to feel deep into the posture. We learn to feel deep into our bodies by exploring the posture with our breath, only then can we feel the real essence of yoga. The union of the mind, body and breath. No one class is the same and you will leave feeling refreshed, re-awakened and restored.

Welcome to Shine Yoga; Yoga classes held in the village of Leigh. Whether you are a complete beginner of have a regular practice Alice will deliver a vibrant class, combining both yoga Asana (posture) and Pranayama (breath work). She works with the key alignment in the poses so you can enter into each position safely with care and feeling. Using the breath to connect fully with your body and feel the real essence of yoga.
