After 10+ years on the rat race in London and sky-rocketing stress levels Anne decided to stop, drop and do yoga – in other words revamping her life around her core values and her 2 passions for Ayurveda and Yoga. After a 9 months course in Ayurveda with Cate Stillman a leader in modern holistic and Ayurvedic selfcare in the U.S. Anne took yoga teacher training with Rowan Cobelli under the tutelage of the Integral Yoga tradition. She is sharing her love for yoga and offers a space to relax, let go & surrender to yourself with a gentle restorative practice focussed on balancing hormones & energy levels, quieten a restless mind and beat fatigue.
