Evening class for those with some knowledge of yoga. Asana, pranayama .Can adapt for beginners though would recommend a private lesson first(not essential).

I teach private classes as well as individuals and retreats.Working with the breath and movement to develop awareness,flexibility and peace of mind.
Yoga and health retreats/holidays, a mile from Pembrokeshire coastal path,sea views,heated indoor pool, complimentary therapies,beach/coast/woodland walks.Wholesome vegetarian (local/organic where possible) home cooking as well as freshly made juices and smoothies.
