I have been teaching locally since 1996. I have experience in teaching adults with learning disabilities, general classes for health needs, children with special needs and people with mental health problems. I now specialise in special health needs, mental health, the elderly, low back pain and children with special needs. The focus of most of my classes is on Pranayama (breathing), Alignment and improving posture and strength. I teach mainly Hatha Yoga but have experience in Iyengar Yoga. I am trained in YHLB, Yoga for Healthy lower Backs and include this experience in all my classes.
I have done further training in Pranayama and Yoga for the Special Child. I am available for individual sessions.
