Hatha yoga classes in a small intimate group, with a maximum of 7 people. These classes take into account your individual needs and offer personalised guidance, all in a lovely woodland cabin
A typical class includes asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and will finish with savasana (relaxation)
You will need to bring your own yoga mat and a yoga block or thick book, a strap/belt or tie and a blanket can also come in handy
Thursdays 6-7pm at The Arc Hub in Elton
Investment, £72 for each 4 consecutive week block, paid in advance.

I trained with Camyoga and hold an Advanced Yoga Teaching Diploma (500hrs), Yoga Teaching Diploma (200hrs) which is registered with the International Yoga Alliance (US), the Independent Yoga Network (IYN) and approved through the IYN by the UK Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) I also hold an Appointed Person Emergency First Aid Certificate. I was a tutor on the Camyoga Focus Awards Level 3 Award in the Foundations of Yoga and Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hours.
Equanimity Yoga was a finalist in the 2019 Muddy Stilettos Awards.
