Hannah is a 200hr yoga and therapeutics teacher trained at Yoga Alliance certified Yomala. She is also a writer with an MA in creative writing. She teaches a variety of classes for all levels of yogi, from beginners yoga to all levels vinyasa and workshops including journaling and yoga and nurture nights.
