I am an Intermediate Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher and teach yoga classes in Hexham.

The Men only yoga class is for complete begineers and those who have more experience. I am careful to teach the poses in stages making them suitable for beginners and those who are more advanced. The classes are aimed at those who want to improve their strenght and flexibility including those who might be returning to exercise after injury or other medical conditions. There is also a period of relaxtion at the end of the class.

All equipment is supplied but if you have a mat and blocks please feel free to bring these!

I am a fully insured Intermediate Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher. I teach classes in Hexham which are suitable for begineers and more advanced students. I am careful to break the yoga poses down into stages making them suitable for beginners but challenging enough for more advanced students.

I also teach one to one classes in the studio and privately in student's homes.
