Iyengar Yoga in Hexham area with Norah Phipps

I am an Iyengar Yoga teacher and qualified in 2006, taking a further exam in 2012. I have found Iyengar Yoga to be challenging, fascinating and new each day to me. I hope I pass on that enthusiasm to students.
I first tried Iyengar Yoga in 1999 with a teacher in Gateshead and have never stopped since. I was delighted when we moved to the Hexham area to find a class nearby.
I run my classes as self-employed and I have 7 classes a week currently. If you are interested in more information or some support please don't hesitate to contact me.
I have two classes each week online-Tuesday 19:00-20:00 and Friday 9.15-10.15. They happen via Zoom and message me to receive the link.
