I am a British Wheel of yoga teacher.
I run hatha yoga classes in Medway and Swale. The atmosphere at the classes is relaxed, friendly and non-competitive.
The classes are aimed at mixed abilities from beginners to intermediate.
I ask that people bring their own mat if possible but I can provide these if needed.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
