I found my passion for yoga in 2000 in Berlin and I'm teaching Hatha Yoga since 2005 after completing several teacher training/yoga therapy courses in India. I completed my Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher training in Bournemouth in September 2018.
My classes combine classic hatha yoga elements as well as using props for better alignment and a safer positioning of the western body. I've been teaching different yoga classes (basic/advanced hatha yoga, kids & family yoga, pregnancy yoga) in Switzerland, England and Germany. Living and working in Swanage since 2001.
