As a BWY qualified yoga teacher, with more than 2 decades of teaching experience, I like to make my teaching as clear and accessible as possible. Each class involves postures, breathing and relaxation. I offer many alternatives to all the yoga work we do in the classes so everyone works at the level that suits them. By working with the physical body, by focusing and concentrating the mind, by allowing the breath to sooth or energise, the outer layers of ourselves become calm, revealing an inner light, a place of calm and peace.
