Stretch, Refresh and Relax

I took up yoga as an antidote to the physical strains of viola playing and desk working. It soon became much more, improving general posture, self-awareness, and stress-relief amongst many other things. I hope to pass on some of this to my students.
I have been practising Iyengar yoga since 1994, and completed the 2-year Iyengar teacher training programme in 2011.
