A dynamic technique which helps the child learn to move the body in a most beautiful way. Most exercises are derived from animal postures which stimulates the child's imagination, encouraging them to imitate and have fun while keeping fit.

A fresh new Yoga Centre in Loutraki, 20300, Greece, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Classes include yoga, prenatal yoga, aerial yoga, Pilates, TRX, Teens & Kids, personal training and many other fitness classes.
All classes are based around both the physical and mental well being of the individual and cater for all levels of skill.
