The Kundalini class focuses on a different chakra (energy centre) each week and uses breathing exercises, asansas and chanting to quieten the nervous system and bring you to feel balanced and strong. It is great for making emotional changes, to improve positivity and let go of unwanted negativity, to challenge yourself to be a better self. Yoga for relaxing the whole nervous system, for strengthening the mind, body and spirit, and to connect with your deeper sense of self through asanas, breathing and chanting.

I trained with the Maya Fiennes Method of Yoga for Real life, a form of Kundalini yoga , in 2022, after practicing her yoga for around 12 years. I also practice vinyasa flow yoga and have done Ashtanga , Hatha and Iyenga yoga over the last 35 years. Yoga and dogs are my passions!! Yoga to me is a way of life, to keep creating balance and joy and to connect to the magic of life.
