I am a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher and sound practitioner. I also hold one to one "40 days to change" course that consists of 3 intensive sessions where we would resolve your enquiry with a mix of methods from psychotherapy, energy and sound therapy.
I hold monthly workshops in an authentic home studio on Pinner High Street. It is set up with love, care and lots of character, where healing incense and candles are lit during sessions. If you are looking for a Yoga studio with the difference, this is the one. The studio is beautiful, a true Oasys of Calm and Tranquility!
