Hi there, my name is Veronique and I am passionate about teaching yoga. I have been practising Yoga for over a decade and I am very lucky to be able to transmit what I have learnt to you all.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course with Anne-Marie Newland in Sun Power Yoga. Wanting to learn more, I have also completed my CPD course in Pre & Post Natal Yoga with Sally Parks in 2017, a Restorative Yoga CPD with Laura Green Yoga and most recently an Aerial Yoga course with Melissa Mace in 2020. Knowing myself, I will keep on developing my skills and further my training in order to be able to serve you better.
For now, I teach weekly classes over the south of Hampshire and a monthly restorative class. My classes are dynamic flows incorporating many different styles of yoga. This type of practice aims at building strength, flexibility and improving your sleep while reducing stress levels.
I do now offer international retreats for more adept yogis.
