Suitable for complete beginners, those who have not practised for a while, or anyone who would prefer a slower class. The ability to move to/from the floor independently without external support is the only prerequisite. A health questionnaire will be sent prior to the first class.

Sara Paul has been teaching yoga in the Spey Valley for over 10 years, and online since April 2020.
Using knowledge and teaching skills acquired through years of teaching within the health and fitness industry, both as a class instructor and as an industry tutor, I am known for my inclusive approach, and encouraging feedback to guide each yogi to practise optimally on each occasion. My approach is to offer client-centred sessions that focus on breath and the mindful connection with balance, strength and flexibility.
I continue to develop herself along her yoga journey. I gives thanks to all the teachers who have influenced, and continue to influence my journey.
