Sarah (Pratibha) Holland is a Certified Yoga Siromani. She has undertaken Yoga Teacher Training with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Organisation, Yoga Master Erich Schiffmann and Shiva Rea, who she continues to study with. Sarah has undertaken a number of courses, including Yoga for Pregnant Women, Meditation, Yoga for Children and Facial Yoga. Her style of Yoga today is a blend of Hatha Yoga with a vinyasa flow.
Her teaching philosophy is making skills taught accessible to everyone and imparting knowledge so that people can bring practices into their every day lifes. Maintaining good health is of prime importance to wellbeing today.
