A practice of mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation. This is a small group for all levels - beginners welcome.
I'm currently teaching different programmes e.g. "Yoga in motion for a healthy gut" - a flow movement to stimulate the gut brain or yoga for joints to relieve any tension and improve mobility. It is like a dance where postures are linked together, moving with the breath. It boosts blood circulation to keep the heart active as we as calm the nervous system.

A background in Hatha, Vinyasa, Body Control Pilates, Stott Pilates and contemporary dance. During
teacher training, I taught a fusion class 'Yogiclates' and Hatha yoga across North London and completed a YMCA accredited Yoga and Supple Strength training subsequently in 2019 and 2021.
Through breath work, cleansing techniques, postures, mindful movement and meditation, students will feel challenged and gain a new zest for life. All classes establish a safe and non-judgemental space for students to explore the breath, mind, and body. Progressive adaptations and modifications are included with an emphasis on the physical and mental health benefits.
I try to bring a sense of fun and enthusiasm to each class. I also teach for minor injuries and conditions
