If you are looking to do some very simple and gentle movement these classes are designed for you. Perhaps you just don’t want a high-impact workout, have a health condition, you generally have low energy, or your body doesn’t feel as young as it once did, then mindful movement could be just right for you.
We will also do simple mindful meditation practices, which have been shown to calm worries, release anxieties and live more fully in each moment.
You don’t need experience in yoga or meditation, as full instructions are given with care.
