Mindful Yoga Classes
Relax and unwind at tranquil Willow Sanctuary. You can expect to combine gentle flowing movements with static postures. Classes are practised mindfully and connecting with the breath is a central focus. We finish with a calming guided relaxation. Suitable for beginners.
