This is a weekly class aimed at beginners to Meditation but improvers are welcome too.
We will look at different meditation techniques each week, as well as sharpening our awareness and learning to relax, living in the moment and eliminating stress, anxiety and depression.
Classes are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, for one hour starting at 7.15pm.
