The class starts at 7pm and finishes at 8.15pm. It includes Breath work, Posture work and meditation.
I do not teach in terms. I take 2 weeks off at Christmas and a month off in the summer. I teach another class in Reading in the afternoon to people with mental problems and that is most Fridays, with the exceptions of the above.
Occasionally I have to take a week off due to other commitments so it is best to phone me or e-mail me before turning up for the first time.

I am Sivananda trained . I qualified in 1998 and since then have attended many different courses and workshops by teachers from different yogic backgrounds. I now teach a lot of different types of yoga and vary if according to the individual or age group.
I have a teaching room in my house (up to 8 pupils at a time) and teach 3 classes a week at home and about 5 private pupils. I have taught people with C O P D and Emphysema for about 2 years. I teach two classes in Reading on a Friday and others in Newbury. I also teach the guitar and do very part time work with adults with special needs.
I have written, illustrated and published 4 yoga books. The second edition of 'Yoga Sequences Companion' came out in 2015 published by Yoga Words. My next book, 'Yoga Footprints' should come out at the end of the year.
