I've practiced yoga for over 25 years and have taught yoga for over 15 years and have completed a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) 500 hr Teaching Diploma. Also qualified to teach BWY Foundation Course 1 and 2, as well as being certified to teach trainee yoga teachers (NQDCT). I have over 1000 hrs of certified continued professional development (CPD).
I'm also a qualified teacher with a P.G.C.E.
