I am studying a diploma in teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga!
I have been practising yoga since I had a car accident '05 and had some muscular damage to the left side of my body
Realising yoga has a transformative power and is a great tool for day to day external and internal challenges for me; my desire is to pass on this tool and guide others to find a stillness, a bliss a joy for themselves : )
