I live in the area and love teaching group classes. I am classically trained in Hatha/Iyengar Yoga and also enjoy hot yoga, Ashtanga, Flow and Yoga Swing classes. I have taught teens in local schools as well as adults in my public classes and at a local Hot Yoga studio. I love helping students who have past injuries or aches and pains to discover yoga and help them heal and live pain-free.
