FAMILY YOGA -every second Friday of the month

£10 for 1 adult and 1 child
£2 for extra family member

Children aged 5-10 years

We will explore yoga postures and yoga games and end with a massage/meditation/relaxation.

Katy Szarko Yoga

I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and I am qualified to teach yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga. I teach classes from home to no more than 5 students at a time and I also teach at WomenCentres in Halifax and Huddersfield.

I am also trained with Calm for Kids and I teach family yoga on the last Sunday of each month and adhoc classes to school groups including Rainbows/Brownies/Cubs etc
