At Shaanti Yoga we offer a range of Hatha (gentle) and Vinyasa (dynamic) yoga classes in both group and one-to-one private sessions. Suitable for all abilities, our classes also incorporate Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation.
Within a welcoming, relaxed and inclusive atmosphere, whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced yogi, Shaanti Yoga has something to offer you.
At Shaanti Yoga our mission, simply stated, is in our name. 'Shaanti' is the Sanskrit word for peace, rest, calmness, tranquillity, or bliss and our classes aim to bring balance, serenity and “food for the soul” to each and every one of our students.
