In person class at the Derby Iyengar Yoga Studio. Suitable for students who have attended Iyengar Yoga classes regularly and consistently for at least 2 years and can practise Sirsasana steadily. Charlotte Rosser (Derby IYENGAR Yoga)

I have practised Iyengar Yoga for since 2004 and I trained as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with Advanced Level Teacher, Jayne Orton at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Birmingham. I qualified as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2014 and in 2017 I passed further assessments to become an Intermediate Level Teacher.
