Yin yoga is a deliciously deep practice, providing an opportunity to cultivate resilience, acceptance and mindfulness.
During these challenging times, yin yoga has never been more relevant and is a simple practice that offers improved physical and emotional health, healing and wellbeing and a sense of calm and relaxation to even the busiest of minds and tightest of bodies.
A deeply therapeutic practice, yin yoga helps shift stagnant energy and loosen tight tissues and muscles through postures, meditation and conscious breath work, easing the body and mind to a steady state of calm.
It’s time to slow down, soften, quieten the brain waves, soothe the nervous system, recharge and balance energy.

Carliann Langley has been teaching yoga since 2014, practicing yoga & meditation since 2005, she has always been inspired by self-improvement and healing and found yoga to be a natural fit on the path of personal growth, inner peace, wellbeing and contentment, she continues on the path of study as she has a genuine passion for exploring the depths of Yoga, the asana, the philosophy and the life changing transformation it offers.
As a 600 hour certified teacher Carliann has trained with many institutes including, Sivananda, British Wheel of Yoga, Traditional Yoga, Insight Yoga and is a Sarah Powers level 2 Yin and Mindfulness trained teacher. Also a qualified Traditional Yoga Meditation teacher, meditation plays an integral role in her journey as a student and teacher.
Carliann teaches from a place of knowledge and authenticity, truly from the heart, she specialises in Yin Yoga, a practice she wholeheartedly believes is all inclusive and benefits mind, body and soul.
