Hatha yoga with slow flow. Suitable for beginners to Level 1 students. Upbeat, well-sequenced classes focussed on building strength, healthy alignment and working with the breath. Lots of options given for all levels.

I first came to yoga almost 30 years ago and immediately connected with the sense of calm, peace and freedom it gave me. I graduated from the respected 350 hour triyoga diploma teacher training programme in 2017 and have continued to study and develop my practice since, through trainings in teaching restorative yoga, partner or social yoga and teaching yoga to children.
I love supporting others to access the physical and other health benefits of yoga in my local community. My classes draw on yoga from a range of styles and traditions: you can expect a warm, welcoming, inclusive atmospher: clear, step-wise instruction with intelligent sequencing and lots of options to make the practice accessible to students of all levels.
