This class is a thorough workout for all and accepts beginners with an adequate level of fitness. The class will be challenging from the start, will build progressively over time and modifications will be offered for all levels! Whatever your ability, you will be nurtured to work at a level that is suitable for you.
We will learn preparations for inversions such as headstands and handstands. Over time and with careful attention from Emma, we will work towards full headstands, handstands and other arm balances. There will always be alternative poses offered to all who do not wish to attempt these balances. Expect to sweat, burn calories and discover a new lease of life.
