Yin Yoga to reduce stress - replenish, rebalance and restore.
A peaceful and calming floor based practice where we hold poses between 2-5 minutes as we slow everything down and stretch deeply using the props such as bolsters to support the body.
Yin yoga provides an opportunity to go within, find stillness, release deep tension in the body and release stress in the mind. Allow yourself time to wind down and find calmness at the end of your week.

I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
I completed the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Foundation Course in 2013 with Mohini Chatlani and completed the British Wheel of Yoga 500 Hours Teaching Diploma course with Belinda Emberson in July 2017. I have been a yoga teacher now for five years.
