Hay Yoga brings the best of Vinyasa Yoga to the countryside around Worcestershire and Warwickshire. Every 'body' is welcome at any level :D Bringing great quality 'city' yoga to your local countryside village!!
We have three 200 hour Yoga Alliance Baptiste Vinyasa Yoga teachers currently based in 9 village halls: Broom, Eckington, Inkberrow, Wixford, Abbots Morton, Church Lench, Salford Priors, Chaddesley Cobett and Beechill Church (Norton).
We teach all levels of students, from total beginner Slow Flow 60 minute classes and relaxed Yin Yoga up to experienced 90 minute Power Vinyasa classes, but we also cater for all levels in every class.

WEDNESDAYS
- 9.15 - 10.15am All levels Vinyasa w/ Scarlett - Beechill Church Hall, Norton
- 09.00 - 10.00am Slow Flow w/ Charlotte - Salford Priors Village Hall
- 7.15- 8.15pm Power Vinyasa w/ Charlotte - Wixford Village Hall
THURSDAYS
- 6.15 - 7.15pm Vinyasa Flow w/ Charlotte - Inkberrow, St. Peter's Church Hall
- 7.45 - 8.45pm Vinyasa Flow w/ Scarlett - Chaddesley Corbett Village Hall
FRIDAYS
- 10 -11.00am Morning Power Yoga w/ Scarlett - Eckington Village Hall
