Hello!
My name is Molly and I am The Sunshine Yogini. My aim is to spread a little love, joy and and sparkle to the world through the ancient and beautiful practice of Yoga. Currently based in Gloucestershire, I enjoy teaching all over the country running classes and work-shops with lots of lovely yogis all round the UK.
I came to yoga years ago as a way of maintaining my body flexibility and improving my strength, but soon fell into my practice as a journey of self-discovery, spirituality, healing and union. Deepening my understanding of yoga through meditative practice, asana, pranayama and reading across many of the ancient texts I found myself lead into becoming a yoga teacher.
Qualified with The Yoga Alliance RYT 200 in 2018 I have begun my next step in my journey and would love to share the joy of yoga with the world. I am delighted to welcome people of all ages, shapes, sizes, abilities and diversities into my classes.
